• Unexpected Links or Attachments: Avoid clicking on unfamiliar links or downloading unexpected files.

• Grammar and Spelling Errors: Many scam emails contain mistakes that legitimate emails typically avoid.

• Requests for Sensitive Information: Legitimate organizations, including CCB, will never ask for your password via email.
